Brook's journey began with a love for fitness and adventure, which evolved into a career as a ninja warrior coach. He specializes in helping children develop strength, agility, and confidence through the thrilling challenges of ninja warrior training.
His leadership extends beyond his skills, as he was the head ninja coach at Aspire Climbing Whitby, Ontario and at Barbados Ninja Throwdown Facility in Featherbed Lane, St. John.
Not only does Brook train athletes, but he also plays a pivotal role in building the competitive Barbados ninja team for local and international events.
